What courier services do you use?
We use DHL to send most of our international orders. G.I.G. for local deliveries and customers reserve the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
What delivery services do you offer?
We currently offer 3 types of delivery service :standard delivery which is two weeks from order; Super Saver which is one month from order (we bare part of the delivery cost); Premium: which is one week from order.
How do you charge for your delivery?
All our delivery charges are pre-set by our courier company depending on the location. Also, charges will be sent to customer before product will be dispatched.
How can I track my delivery?
Please be aware that a text message and an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address.
Can I collect from your local store?
Yes. When your product is ready, you can visit our local store for fitting and pick up. This applies to residents in and around Abuja.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Yes. Only available for Abuja residents.
Why can’t I select next day delivery?
Because all products ordered for have to be designed to the clients taste/requirements.
How can I make an order?
Click on your preferred products and specifications, proceed to payment. You’ll be contacted once payment is received.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer. What payment method can I use?
We currently accept all valid debit cards on our website. You can use all the major credit cards as well.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. All payments verifies order.
What currencies do you accept?
Naira. Any currency used for payment will be converted to Naira before you can proceed.
How can I get a discount?
We offer discounts during our end of year sales and at different intervals. Also, customers with more than 10 purchases automatically qualify for a discount.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices seen are inclusive of VAT excluding delivery.
How would you know if I've paid?
Our management system notifies us of all successful payments. And customers will be contacted accordingly.
What do I do if my payment is declined?

Are all products on your site available in stock?
Yes. Some products under fabrics and accessories are available. While products in our style and fashion collection are designed on order to suit your taste, size and specification.
How do you know/get my measurement?
We have the regular size measurement for; small (S), medium (M), large (L), extra large (XL) etc. However, customers will be contacted once order is verified to sort out measurement and other details.
Can I change/twig any of your designs?
Yes. All designs are totally customizable and you have an option of three different fabric to choose from.
Can I give you my fabric and designs?
Yes. We are open to receive all orders.
Why does it take so long to get my product?
All orders for styling and fashion takes one to four weeks to deliver because the orders are designed to suit each customer. All orders from accessories and fabrics are almost instant.
Can I just contact you for tailoring, designing or consultation?
Yes. We are open to recreating designs that suits each customer. You have an option of giving us your fabric, your design or twigging our design. Terms & Conditions apply.
Why should I buy online?
Speeding up the process, by ordering online you will be able to get prices faster and you will able to go through order confirmation and payment processes much faster. This could save days of your time.
How can I make an order?
You can order easily via our website. When you find a product, you can add to cart, proceed to check out, make payment and you\’re done. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive order summary to your email.
What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information needed. Please remember to submit it accurately as that will be useful for shipment.
How can I cancel an order?
